My Review:
This is one of the most well-crafted book series that I’ve read in a long time. The imagery and beautiful descriptions take readers to a whole new and terrifying world where death is imminent for anyone with the Aether becoming even more dangerous than usual in the second installment. Rossi brings back our favorite characters like Aria, Perry, and Roar and raises the stakes even higher for them and their futures. I really want to do justice to THROUGH THE EVER NIGHT in this review, but that’s going to be pretty tough considering just how wonderfully gorgeous it truly is.
The only way to describe my experience while reading: ALL THE FEELS. I don’t think there is a single emotion that I didn’t experience as I read Aria and Perry’s adventures. Anything you can possibly imagine happening to both Perry and Aria does happen. That basically explains the whole book.
There’s also LOTS of Roar in THROUGH THE EVER NIGHT. Lots and lots of him. I’m sure everyone who read UNDER THE NEVER SKY will be happy about that part!
Then there’s the romance. If you thought it was steamy and full of sparks and lightning in UTNS, just wait til TTEN. Yes, Perry and Aria can kick up the sexual tension a notch higher than before! BUT while there’s lots of chemistry between them, they still aren’t without their fair share of obstacles that are determined to keep them from coming together as a real couple. Never fear though, Rossi isn’t too cruel…
There’s a lot of action in TTEN. A LOT. My heart was racing through basically every chapter! Just when you think the characters are safe for just a little bit, BAM here comes new twist! There’s more drama with the “Dwellers”, even more problems with the different tribes, and the fact that the Aether is becoming even more unpredictable and deadly. Readers will love every minute of the crazy events, while silently cursing Veronica for getting them so invested. I know I was…
The gist of it all is that if you loved UNDER THE NEVER SKY, you will adore THROUGH THE EVER NIGHT just as much, if not more. Rossi is an extremely talented author who has quickly become one of my favorites. I am already anticipating that third book! Why must it be so far away?
My Rating:

Great review! I’m dying for January 8th to come sooner so I can get my hands on this book! Haha but I’m glad you liked it and thrilled to hear Aria’s and Perry’s sexual tension only get higher
AHHHHHH BAILEY!!!!! I want to read this so bad! *stares at calendar waiting for January* I want ALL THE FEELS! I loved Under the Never Sky so much, so I’m insanely happy you feel this second book lived up to the first. Can’t wait:)
I think you just convinced me to read both books in this series, I’ve been unsure, but now I think I will! Great review and who doesn’t like hot, steamy scenes! Some sort of romance is necessary for me, so this sounds like my kind of book.
I’m trying to get better about commenting!

I REALLY enjoyed the first in the series and loved the worldbuilding as well as the characters and their connections. I’m so happy to hear that the sophomore novel in this series is as good if not better. But, darn. Now I have to wait until January.
Yea! I’m going to be reading this very soon, and now I’m even more excited. Great review!
Awesome review! I need to read to start with the first book, but I am looking forward to this one as well!
Aah, I’m so excited for this one, Bailey! I can’t wait to find out what happens next with Aria and Perry and am thrilled that there’s more of Roar as well!
